POLICY STATEMENTS
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
MEETINGS
• There will be a general membership meeting held annually to conduct business of the
association and hold elections per association by-laws.
• There will be two other meetings of the board of directors, one in late spring and one
in late fall.
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
• Board members, upon request, will be reimbursed for their travel and lodging
expenses for the fall and spring board meetings and general membership meeting.
• Travel and lodging expenses will NOT be reimbursable for Fall Trade
Show/Convention.
• Board members may be reimbursed “at $.31 per mile for travel and such expenses as
reasonable and necessary for lodging in order to conduct business.” Food, beverages
and entertainment are not reimbursable.
CONVENTION REGISTRATION
• Board members shall receive complimentary registration to the annual General
Membership Meeting.
• Spouses do not receive complimentary registration to the General Membership
Meeting.
• This complimentary registration is non-transferable.
EDUCATION SEMINARS
• Board members shall receive complimentary registration to all Missouri Rental
Dealers Association Educational Seminars.
• No other expenses will be reimbursable, except if the seminar is held in conjunction
with a board meeting.
